Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of Purchasing Process (Source for material, Generate PO, Expedite and Update delivery status and schedules).
- Review and understand project contracts and scopes.
- Coordinate procurement plans, perform sourcing of materials and negotiate price and terms in alignment with company's policies.
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, project team & warehouse to ensure deliveries of material as per project requirement & schedule.
- Generate and maintain delivery report for Project team.
- Project budget tracking and support monthly cost reporting.
- Perform proper documentation and internal filing.
- Working closely with Project team and Store for deliveries arrangement.
- Perform other ad-hoc procurement duties as assigned.
- At least Degree in Purchasing / Architectural or other equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Procurement / Construction industry.
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
