We are a preloved luxury retail boutique and we are looking for a E-commerce & Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly & highly-effective team.
Job scope
- Provide the day-to-day retail and e-commerce operations support, e.g. pick & pack orders, stock management, display shelf management etc.
- Develop a good understanding on luxury fashion & advise our clients accordingly
- Handle in-bound client enquiries via social media (Instagram, Email, WhatsApp etc.)
Requirements
Team player, willingness to learn, attention to detail, drive to constantly to improve oneselfEnjoy human interactions and build relationship with peopleInterests in fashion & styleExperience in customer service, social media, photography, videography, content writing will be advantageousMinimum commitment 4 to 5 days a week for 1 year. Must be able to work 1 weekend (Sat or Sun) each week. Our operational hours : 10AM-7PM.Right to work in Singapore required. We are unable to sponsor work permitSalary depending on experience.
