Nurse Manager (International School)

We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the school’s health services, ensuring the well-being of students and staff while managing a team of nurses. This role is central to fostering a safe, supportive, and health-conscious school environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of school Health Centres
• Provide and coordinate quality nursing, first aid, and health education
• Manage and develop the nursing team, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Assess and treat illnesses / injuries; maintain records and reports for health committees
• Partner with school leaders and external providers on health screenings, vaccinations, and medical support for camps, trips, and events
• Monitor infectious diseases, vaccination records, and safeguard student well-being
• Collaborate across school departments (Admissions, HR, Sports, Safeguarding) on medical needs and risk management
• Champion a culture of safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
