Job descriptionNo prior experience required - comprehensive training provided. Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) only. Tertiary education preferred; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong interest in finance, lending and helping businesses grow. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of accountability. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Offer independent financing solution tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals.
- Conduct in-depth fact-finding and financial needs analysis to understand client requirements.
- Deliver prompt, reliable and high-quality customer service throughout the consultation process.
- Work proactively to achieve sales revenue and profitability targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain an active portfolio of accounts.
- Prospect and onboard new clients through networking, referrals and outreach efforts.
