Job descriptionManage Inventory Management System (Key fields) to record inventory – incoming / outgoing goods Inspect incoming / outgoing shipments of physical parts against shipping documents and ensure accuracy Update daily and timely on all incoming / outgoing stock accurately Report immediately to TSA Manager Timely update to internal departments / customs with order reports. Maintain and update the Inventory Management Reports, and generate inventory reports Conduct physical cycle count and stock take – monthly / quarterly / yearly Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Meticulous, proactive, independent, and responsible individual. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Salary commensurate with experience
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years working experience in Inventory
- Preferably with Construction experiences
- Rail experience with LTA project in Singapore would be an advantage
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadline
