Roles & Responsibilities

Key Highlights :

Office Hours : Monday-Friday

Join us in a mission-driven, compliance-focused finance and procurement team where you’ll safeguard financial integrity, streamline processes, and collaborate across departments to drive measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and refine financial and procurement policies to ensure compliance with Government Instruction Manuals and Finance Circulars.

Contribute to budget formulation, expenditure monitoring, and investment assessment to support strategic financial planning.

Track and analyze budget performance, providing insights and inputs for management reporting.

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including payments, receipts, claims, grants, fixed assets, and lease management.

Support statutory reporting, governance reviews, and audit compliance activities.

Supervise procurement functions by evaluating submissions and advising divisions on procurement guidelines and best practices.

Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline financial and procurement workflows.

Key Requirements :

Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline, with professional qualifications such as ACCA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related functions.

Strong knowledge of Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards (SB-FRS) and accrual accounting principles .

Familiarity with Government Instruction Manuals on Financial Control and Procurement , as well as Finance Circulars .

Hands-on experience with systems such as GeBiz , NFS@Gov , or Fi@Gov will be an advantage.

Meticulous, analytical, and self-motivated , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
