Roles & Responsibilities

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Lead to lead our testing team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing all testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. The Test Lead will provide strong leadership, hands-on testing expertise, and a deep understanding of software testing methodologies. The role may require support during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Requirements :

• Lead and manage the testing team to deliver high-quality software releases on schedule.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee functional, regression, performance, and automation testing activities.
• Ensure test coverage and traceability through requirement mapping and risk-based testing.
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide testers, promoting best practices within the team.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate testing activities with external vendors or partners, as needed.
• Provide support for testing activities during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.
