We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, securing new customers, and meeting revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans
- Collaborate with vendors to secure competitive rates for customer proposals
- Manage customer performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to tender / RFQ / bid processes as required
- Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships
- Promote process improvements throughout the organization
