• Oversee daily operations of the Myanmar minimart, including inventory, customer service, and supplier coordination.
• Manage relationships and communications with Myanmar-speaking clients and suppliers.
• Coordinate interior design–related projects, ensuring smooth workflow between clients, designers, and contractors.
• Plan and implement operational strategies to improve sales and service quality.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance and operational standards.
• Prepare operational reports and assist management in business planning.
