About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing top talent to managing client relationships — ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience. You’ll play a key role in building trusted partnerships and contributing to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process to ensure successful placements.
- Achieve and exceed performance and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (agency or in-house)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.Proactive, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Microsoft Office.Preferred Attributes
Proven track record in client management or business development.Experience recruiting across specific industries — e.g., technology, finance, life sciences, etc.Passionate about connecting people with opportunities and delivering outstanding service.What We Offer
