Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of all the core HR processes through hands-on experience with our HRIS platform and effectively communicate system capabilities and value to HR Professionals.
- Conduct market research and feedback surveys with HR Users to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the system.
- Collect user feedback, provide insights to the product team, and contribute to the product enhancement roadmap.
- Participate in software testing to ensure quality releases into the production environment.
- Present the value of HR technology solutions confidently to HR professionals through presentations, webinars, and training sessions.
- Led outreach initiatives for new product features via email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and direct calls, increasing user engagement and adoption.
- Deliver product presentations at meetings, online platforms, and live events to showcase the system.
- Facilitate training workshops and support sessions for HR users, enhancing system usability and satisfaction.

1+ year of software support, client management with some relevant experience in sales support and marketing.Relevant experience in software support and training will be an advantage.Confident in presenting and training of software solutions in a supporting role.Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work and connect with people.Fluent and articulate in phone and email communications.Strong oral and written English communication skills along with excellent listening skills.Fresh graduates are welcome.HR qualification is a plus.Top Reasons to Work with Us
