Job descriptionMinimum O / A Levels / NITEC / Diploma Prior customer service / admin background is preffered Comfortable with computers (registration, appointment scheduling, payment) Weekdays : 6.30am–7.30pm (8 hrs / day, rostered) & Saturdays : 6.30am–1.30pm (4 hrs, rostered) - 44 hours per week All information will be treated with strictest confidence. - Greet & register patients
- Schedule appointments & referrals
- Handle payments & patient enquiries
- Manage concerns & escalate when needed
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
