About the Role
Seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth in the APAC market.
Job Description
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to aftersales support for a global distribution and customer support subsidiary of popular exercise and hobby equipment and accessories.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for company products.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers and distributors overseas.
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned sales region.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Regular business visits, sales appointments and presentations to local and / or overseas customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably regional experience.Proven sales success, preferably in sporting goods but not a must.Strong understanding of the APAC market.Strong understanding of fishing culture and experience in fishing equipment or related industry is highly preferred.Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking key accounts.Sales oriented, good teamwork and good personality.Proactive in visiting, approaching and followup with customers.Willing to travel overseas when required.Benefits
