Overview
We are seeking a part-time, home-based HR Manager based in Singapore to strengthen our talent acquisition and recruitment strategy across the group. The primary focus of this role is to help the company identify, attract, and onboard the right talents by working closely with external recruiters and internal hiring managers.
This position suits an experienced HR professional who enjoys building teams, structuring hiring systems, and supporting leadership in manpower planning—without day-to-day operational HR burdens.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Coordination
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to fill key roles efficiently.
- Work with external recruiters, job platforms, and referral networks to source suitable candidates.
- Create clear, attractive job descriptions and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Manage interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding communications.
- Track hiring progress and present short weekly updates to management.
2. Strategic HR Advisory
Advise management on manpower planning, role structures, and remuneration competitiveness.Support leadership in defining career frameworks and role scopes for scalability.Provide HR insights on market pay trends, hiring challenges, and employer branding.3. HR Framework Development (Light Scope)
Maintain up-to-date templates for contracts, offers, and onboarding forms.Ensure policies comply with Singapore’s Employment Act.Liaise with payroll / finance on headcount updates and staff changes.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.At least 5 years of HR experience , including direct recruitment or recruiter management.Strong understanding of the Singapore employment landscape.Independent, organised, and confident communicating with recruiters and senior management.Comfortable using digital HR tools (e.g. Google Workspace, job portals, or LinkedIn Recruiter).Able to commit 15 hours per week , flexible timing (home-based).Work Arrangement
Location : Home-based (Singapore)Commitment : Part-Time (approx. 3 hours / day)Reporting to : Group Chairman / Managing DirectorCompensation : S$1,000 – S$1,200 / month depending on experienceKey Outcomes (within 3–6 months)
