Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
• Source and develop client referrals through proactive outreach
• Prepare and execute sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule and conduct regular sales activities and client meetings
• Identify prospects, present products / services, and close sales
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct sales calls and deliver presentations to potential clients
• Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service follow-up
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Monitor and report on sales performance to management
• Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis
• Participate in industry events and sales-related activities
• Stay informed on market conditions and product developments
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
