Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage service desk tickets and provide technical support to end-users, focusing on hardware-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform imaging / cloning, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware.
- Deliver Level 1 support for IT hardware including computers, printers, and related devices.
- Prepare and set up laptops for new hires, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Administer and maintain computer networks and related IT environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware inventory, procedures, and operational workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
About You :
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support.Proficient in Windows operating systems and platforms.Hands-on experience in hardware installation, repair, and troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environments is an added advantage.Duration : 12 months, renewable based on performance
