We are looking for an Engineering Manager to drive the end-to-end development of our embedded technology stack. You will lead teams, make critical technical decisions, and ensure the successful execution of high-performance embedded systems, firmware, and AI-driven applications from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Oversee the architecture, development, and optimization of embedded firmware, middleware, and system software for high-performance multi-processor ARM-based systems.
• Drive the integration of computer vision, deep learning models, radar signal processing, and embedded systems into efficient and scalable hardware solutions.
• Ensure seamless middleware implementation for real-time inter-process communication, memory management, and low-latency execution on embedded platforms.
• Lead firmware development, ensuring robust device control, driver optimization, and real-time data acquisition from cameras, radars, and sensors.
• Optimize system performance, power efficiency, and reliability for edge computing and AI acceleration applications.
• Develop and optimize Embedded Linux environments, including kernel modifications, device drivers, and system-level optimizations for high-performance computing.
• Stay ahead of the latest embedded systems technologies, AI-driven hardware architectures, and hardware acceleration frameworks.
