Roles & Responsibilities
Vessel Boarding & Liaison
- Board vessels upon arrival to introduce the company’s services and confirm supply requirements.
- Act as the company’s representative onboard to handle crew requests, collect orders, and clarify delivery schedules.
- Deliver invoices, quotations, receipts, and other documents to vessel representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ship captains, officers, and crew.

Supplies & Delivery Coordination
Verify ship chandlery orders (provisions, bonded stores, deck / engine supplies) before delivery.Ensure correct items and quantities are delivered onboard in line with customer order and standards.Accompany deliveries to vessels when required to oversee smooth handover and obtain acknowledgment.Handle urgent or special requests from vessels and coordinate with operations / warehouse team for timely fulfillment.Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and process port entry documents, passes, and clearances for boarding.Collect and submit delivery notes, proof of delivery, and customer acknowledgments.Ensure compliance with customs, immigration, and port authority rules.Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the operations team.computer knowledge to use ERP systemOperations Support
Assist in resolving issues arising during delivery, such as access restrictions, crew requests, or port formalities.Support sales team with accurate feedback from vessels regarding requirements, preferences, and potential orders.Maintain proper filing of boarding reports and customer interactions.Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline (preferred).Experience in ship crew is an advantage.Good interpersonal and communication skills with multicultural crews.Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays according to vessel schedules.Key Competencies
