Senior Finance Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Group Accounting and Reporting :

• Assist the Finance Manager with reports and reconciliations for month-end, audit and tax for Singapore, China, Thailand & Hong Kong.
• Act as back-up support to the local finance team of other locations mentioned.
• Responsible for posting journal entries and accounting corrections / reclassifications.
• Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliation and audit schedule.
• Consolidate, review and upload weekly cashflow forecast into Cognos system.
• Assist on the yearly audit and tax exercise.
• Assist on the yearly and quarterly forecast & queries.
• Maintain chart of account, customers & vendors masterlist in ERP and Cognos system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to further streamline accounting tasks, increase efficiency and shorten month-end closing calendar.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
