We’re hiring a UX Designer to craft intuitive and impactful digital experiences that enhance public services in Singapore.
This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and social impact—ideal for someone passionate about transforming how citizens interact with digital government platforms. You’ll shape the user journey of a next-generation analytics solution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle—from user research, journey mapping, and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and design hand off.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across agencies to deliver human-centered digital solutions.
- Conduct usability studies and synthesize insights into actionable design improvements.
- Develop and maintain design systems that promote reusability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
- Apply data-driven insights to refine user flows and improve product usability.
- Champion user advocacy across teams, ensuring government digital services are intuitive, inclusive, and effective.
Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in UX, product design, or a similar digital role.Proven track record of end-to-end product design—from concept to launch.Strong portfolio showcasing user research, interaction design, and usability testing.Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.Knowledge of frontend development is an advantage.This is a contract role based in Singapore.
