Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Understand user needs, use cases and market trends to define the right customer targets and value propositions.
- Lead consumer research (regional / global) to refine product definition and align strategy with Product Marketing.
- Own full product lifecycle management – roadmap planning, portfolio performance review, volume / turnover planning, and tactical initiatives (e.g. minor refreshes, promo concepts).
- Define the full end-to-end product experience – design, packaging, pre-purchase and post-purchase journey.
- Partner with R&D and Design to balance user experience, cost, speed, and resources.
- Create strong product stories that support marketing and go-to-market plans.
- Manage commercial aspects – market landscape analysis, pricing / promotions strategy, forecast alignment with regions.
- Lead forecasting and demand planning with Supply Chain.
- Review and benchmark product performance (e.g. acoustic performance) vs competitors.
- Provide top tier product expertise to customers and internal teams (customer support, sales) through training, events and exhibitions.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, BusinessAt least 10 years of experience in Consumer ElectronicsProduct Management / Development experienceAccount Manager
