Experience Required : 10 years in product management with strong technical and commercial orientation minimum at least

Note : This role will lead the development of key technology projects and manage up to 2 team members.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Manager, Product Technology with a rare blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, execution speed, and product innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end product development—from vision to deployment—while ensuring business impact and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and lead the roadmap for technically complex products with high business impact.
• Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to define and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business and technology by combining product vision with deep technical understanding.
• Drive rapid and high-quality execution, ensuring timely feature rollouts, robust deployments, and continuous improvement.
• Lead product innovation by identifying emerging trends, new technologies, and customer needs.
• Bring a strong commercial mindset, aligning product priorities with market demand, revenue growth, and customer value.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to senior technical professionals within cross-functional Product Innovation team
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate across business, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximise product adoption and market fit.
