Roles & Responsibilities
Havas Media Singapore is looking for a 6-Month Contract Growth & Marketing Lead (Maternity Cover) to drive strategic growth initiatives, lead high-impact pitches of focused and integrated disciplines as well as to provide strategic and executional support for the marketing of the agency.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and cross-functional leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our new business strategy, managing key relationships, and elevating our brand presence across channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
Business Development
- Lead end-to-end pitch management for high-value opportunities, including strategy development, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration
- Oversee pitch timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency across all touchpoints
- Author and refine compelling pitch materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs and industry trends
- Maintain and update business development assets including pitch decks, case studies, team bios, and credentials
- Oversee pitch-related communications with prospects
- Oversee internal new business pipeline documentation via proprietary platforms (e.g. CRM tools, pitch logs)
- Drive proactive outreach and follow-up with prospects, leveraging CRM tools and data insights to track pipeline progress and conversion.
- Conduct strategic market and competitor research (prospects, verticals, competitors) to inform pitch positioning and client qualification.
- Lead post-pitch reviews, feedback collection and documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify, evaluate and execute industry events and sponsorship opportunities to enhance visibility and lead generation
Marketing & Comms : Internal :
Collaborate on internal marketing initiatives (e.g. newsletter, employer branding)Champion internal communications and events that align with business goals and company cultureExternal :
Lead and execute the agency’s annual marketing plan and thought leadership strategyOversee external communications across owned and earned media, including social platforms, PR, and content marketingGuide the creation of high-impact content such as press releases, social media posts, and award submissions.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform positioning and differentiation.Cultivate media relationships and manage PR amplification efforts to boost brand reputationJob Requirements :
5-8 years of experience in an agency, media, or marketing / communications roleProven experience in business development and pitch managementExperience in consulting or client management is a plusExcellent command of English (spoken & written)Strong writing, organisation, and project management skillsStrong strategic thinking and storytelling capabilitiesExcellent project management and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essentialComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHigh attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multi-taskA proactive team player with a self-starter mindsetPassionate about the media and advertising industry, with an eye for creative storytelling and brand marketingAbout Havas Singapore
