Job Purpose
This role is pivotal in driving the firm’s growth by aligning business development strategies with marketing communications. The candidate will lead initiatives that support demand generation, produce marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in close collaboration with our various business units.

We are seeking a go-getter with a strong business development mindset and a can-do attitude. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Leadership team to shape and execute go-to-market strategies that support revenue growth and client acquisition.
In this role, you will :
- Collaborate with business units to align on marketing and business development priorities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, MQL conversion, and pipeline acceleration
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key clients and sectors
- Actively follow up with business units on campaign performance, lead status, and opportunity progression
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads
- Develop collaterals inclusive of flyers, brochures, decks, and others
- Manage digital and social media content to support thought leadership and brand visibility
- Coordinate in-person events and webinars to drive engagement and lead capture.
- Collaborate with the Global Branding team to ensure brand consistency
- Manage communications with media and industry partners
- Manage internal communications with colleagues and network firms
We are looking for people with the following :
Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or B2B marketing, preferably in professional services industryProven track record in demand generation, lead generation, marketing campaign executionExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to multitask and work independently in a dynamic & fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platformsExperience in sales enablement is a strong advantageExcellent command of EnglishTell employers what skills you have
