Roles & Responsibilities
Create and implement effective marketing strategies to introduce and promote new products across both digital and traditional platforms.
Monitor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic marketing support and campaign alignment.
Plan, organize, and oversee promotional activities and marketing events, ensuring smooth coordination of logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.
Guide and mentor Marketing Associates, providing clear direction, hands-on training, and regular performance feedback to build a high-performing team.
Review current marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective solutions within budget constraints.
Conduct market research to identify potential untapped markets and develop actionable plans to successfully enter and grow within those segments.
Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
