Marketing & Communications - Manager

The Role
We are looking for a digital marketing specialist with 10-12 years of experience who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Ipsos in Singapore externally and internally, within the company. He or she will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness and engagement within the digital space on the company’s digital marketing platforms.
The role primarily serves the business operations in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage external digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels like email marketing, social media, and website.
2. Prepare digital content for internal communication and employee engagement activities including staff broadcast emails, office town halls, the intranet, and in-office posters, and TVs.
3. Optimise the company's online presence and improve the design, content of campaigns.
4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, media share of voice, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
7. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Required Skills
1. 10-12 years proven working experience in digital marketing and communication design.
2. A flair for copy writing, and visual communications.
3. A keen interest in consumer behaviour, market research, and current affairs.
4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and familiarity with use of design software like Canva.
6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Education
A bachelor's degree in marketing or communication design or a related field.
