We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Team Lead to oversee daily IT support operations and manage a team of engineers onsite at our banking client. The role requires both hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high service standards, while driving end-user computing projects and compliance initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering hands-on IT support across end-user devices, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting VIP users in a regulated banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Windows, O365, Active Directory, Intune / SCCM , and proven ability to manage incidents, IMAC, patching, and device lifecycle management. Candidates should be capable of independent floor support while also handling escalations, project tasks, and adhering to ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage Windows 10 / 11, O365, AD, Intune / SCCM accounts, permissions, and policies.
• Handle VIP / VVIP support , ensuring prompt response and discretion.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) , OS imaging, migrations, and patch updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues logged via ServiceNow / ITSM tools , ensuring SLA adherence.
• Maintain asset inventory, licensing, and device lifecycle management .
• Support AV / VC setups, printers, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
• Participate in floor operations, incident management, and escalate as required.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for problem resolution.
• Contribute to Knowledge Base (KB) documentation and process improvements.
