About the
job :
We are seeking a motivated
and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition
Manager to join our team. You will be a high caliber
recruiting manager with a proven track record of hands-on tech and
business consulting recruitment as well as driving a strategic
recruiting agenda. You'll need to have a passion for and experience
of recruiting preferably in Finance and Technology. Not for the
fainthearted - this is a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly evolving
organisation that operates to a very high bar. With a proactive,
can-do attitude, you're a genuine self-starter, happy to roll up
your sleeves and do what it takes to deliver.
Responsibilities
Strategically partner with Hiring Managers and the People
& Culture Business Partner to forecast hiring needs, develop
comprehensive sourcing strategies, and ensure all recruitment
efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of
roles, with a focus on critical or senior-level hires. This
includes managing sourcing, candidate selection, and offer
negotiation.
Mentor and develop a team of
Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance on best
practices in sourcing, candidate engagement, and market
analysis
Proactively source candidates using a
wide range of tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media,
and alternative search techniques.
Build and
manage talent pools to create a candidate pipeline for future
hiring needs and maintain data integrity within our Applicant
Tracking System (ATS).
Provide in-depth market
commentary on industry and competitor talent trends, translating
these insights into actionable recruitment strategies for
stakeholders.
Champion and govern our employer
brand, ensuring all team members and hiring managers provide a
consistent and positive candidate experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our
recruitment processes, systems, and tools, using key performance
indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure
recruitment strategies are seamlessly integrated with other People
& Culture initiatives.
Participate in and
lead adhoc recruitment projects as
required.
About
you : 8+ years of
recruiting experience, 2+ years of in-house recruitment at a global
organization is a must-have.
Experience
recruiting for top tier firms in both Financial Services & Tech
industries, and a strong understanding of what it takes to recruit
the best tech talent in the Singapore and APAC markets at a growing
organization.
Experience managing a small
recruiting team across different locations.
Desire and ability to be to be hands-on while also
strategic
You are a proactive self-starter who
finds clarity in chaos and navigates ambiguity expertly
Prior experience with any of the following : LinkedIn
Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workday, Bob.com, or similar
platforms
You know this job is first and
foremost a partnership, with both candidates and internal
stakeholders.
You take pride in your
proactive, consultative approach to these relationships and are
able to build trust consistently and quickly
You are knowledgeable about a wide range of recruiting
areas and feel comfortable in your role as a generalist
recruiter
