Job descriptionMaster in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams. At least 4 years in managerial role. Has experiences in health service operations research or related field, with a strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare landscape (an advantage). Proven track record in clinical research design, implementation (project management), and evaluation of various scale of projects. Demonstrated success in securing research grants, particularly in healthcare and AI domains. Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (an advantage). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to align research with organizational goals. Passionate about improving healthcare outcomes through evidence-based research. Experienced in leading teams and a team player Good analytical and organization skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage research teams to work with Clinicians to deliver high-impact health service outcome studies.
- Design, implement, and evaluate clinical research projects aligned with national healthcare priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, academic partners, and government agencies.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including competitive grants within the healthcare and AI research landscape.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to capacity building within the department.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for policy and practice.
