Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with the institution’s mission, vision, and long-term healthcare goals
• Lead brand development and marketing initiatives to strengthen the institution’s position as a leader in healthcare and innovation
• Drive change communications for organisational transformation, ensuring alignment with healthcare advancements and patient care priorities
• Plan and oversee high-impact academic, clinical, and community engagement events to enhance healthcare collaboration and public awareness
• Manage communications for visits and engagements with government leaders, donors, academic partners, and healthcare stakeholders
• Champion innovative use of digital platforms and marketing automation to enhance patient engagement and institutional reputation
• Translate clinical, research, and healthcare education outcomes into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences
• Strengthen internal communications to engage healthcare staff, celebrate achievements, and support change initiatives
• Lead fundraising communications and donor engagement strategies to support healthcare programmes and innovation
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and project management for communications and engagement initiatives
