Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with the institution’s mission, vision, and long-term healthcare goals
- Lead brand development and marketing initiatives to strengthen the institution’s position as a leader in healthcare and innovation
- Drive change communications for organisational transformation, ensuring alignment with healthcare advancements and patient care priorities
- Plan and oversee high-impact academic, clinical, and community engagement events to enhance healthcare collaboration and public awareness
- Manage communications for visits and engagements with government leaders, donors, academic partners, and healthcare stakeholders
- Champion innovative use of digital platforms and marketing automation to enhance patient engagement and institutional reputation
- Translate clinical, research, and healthcare education outcomes into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences
- Strengthen internal communications to engage healthcare staff, celebrate achievements, and support change initiatives
- Lead fundraising communications and donor engagement strategies to support healthcare programmes and innovation
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and project management for communications and engagement initiatives
What we're looking for
Masters / Bachelor Degree in Communications / Marketing / Media / Journalism / Public Relations or related studies15 - 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, or strategic engagement, including at least 5 years in a leadership roleExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiencesStrong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across complex environmentsConfident public speaker with excellent presentation skills and executive presenceProven ability to lead change, manage ambiguity, and align strategies across functionsDemonstrated experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learningInterested applicants, kindly furnish us with your full and detailed resume in MS Words format and click " Apply Now " button.
