Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Computer IT related discipline At least 5 years of experience on troubleshooting and upgrading of computers. Knowledge of windows client, server and networking, tcp / ip, etc.. Able to work independently, including conducting investigations and research to resolve IT-related problems Willing to support after office hours if required, especially urgent matters. Positive attitude and a team player.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Setup computers, provide end-user support for company & project offices (computers and applications)
- Maintain the functionality of IT equipment, including hardware, software, network, etc..
- Account creation for emails, users AD account, printers, applications etc.
- Update inventory, documentation, follow up on licensing renewal.
- Coordination and liaise with regional office, provide guidance to users.
- Perform regular check on file servers and data backup.
- Remoting or travel to site office to support users, or coordination with vendors / suppliers.
- System preventive maintenance.
- Ad hoc duty assigned.
