Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation, support and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and peripheral device
• Setting up new workstations, installing and configuring software and hardware, and managing user accounts
• Monitoring. Troubleshoot. Windows Laptop / Printer
• Responsible for troubleshooting in Operating system
• Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
• Ensuring proper network connectivity for all workstations and troubleshooting network issues.
• Desktop Support through remote access
• Coordination with clients and customer regarding their problems
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned / required
