Reporting to General Manager, Sales & Marketing, this
position leads regional offices and drives global sales and
marketing activities to ensure achievement of global TAFMER
business
targets.
Responsibilities :
Direct regional offices in developing mid-term, budget
and action plans aligned with the global business
strategy.
Guide regional offices in executing
Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycles for sales and market development
plans.
Conduct periodic sales meetings to
ensure visibility of progress and enable timely
interventions.
Manage customer relationships
with major global accounts in collaboration with regional
offices.
Oversee credit risk management in
accordance with SOPs and ensure compliance with business laws and
internal regulations.
Formulate sales and
marketing policies in collaboration with regional offices and
stakeholders from Japan.
Manage sales control
activities that contribute to achieving sales volume and profit
targets.
Provide timely and accurate sales
information to the General Manager and management to support prompt
and effective business
decisions.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Chemical Sciences with 10
to 15 years of relevant working experience
Good working knowledge in marketing, POE products,
finance, and logistics
Demonstrated strategic
and analytical thinking abilities
Japanese
language proficiency is required for liaising with customers and
counterparts in Japan
Highly self-motivated,
meticulous, independent and resourceful
Strong
team player with good communication skills to collaborate
effectively with diverse talents across regional offices
Ability to respond swiftly and flexibly to dynamic
internal and external environments
Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially
Excel
