Roles & Responsibilities

Job Function :

The Branch Officer is responsible for attending to walk-in customers, including working with business partners and upholding exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

• To provide customer service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company.
• To be proactive and initiative to ensure a pleasant experience for the customersduring their appointment.
• To provide clear and coherent explanation of contract terms, products and details to customers.
• To assist customers with their loan applications.
• To answer customers’ queries and to explain loan procedures over the phone.
• To assist with clients account management, along with accurate and careful data entry of customer details.
• To help in administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary.
