About the Role

As a Management Associate, you will undergo structured training and mentorship to build a strong foundation in financial planning. This program equips you with the knowledge and skills to provide guidance in areas such as insurance protection, wealth accumulation, and retirement planning. You will also learn how to build long-term, trusted relationships with clients while developing your leadership potential.

• Provide guidance on protection, savings, and investment planning.
• Stay updated on products, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
• Uphold professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

What We Offer

Who We’re Looking For

o A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level,

o International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification,

o Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore,

o or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above

qualifications.
