Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin. 3+ years of experience in a finance / admin role, preferably in SME settings. Working knowledge of QuickBooks or other cloud accounting software. Experience with project-based accounting or handling government grant paperwork is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Finance & Admin Executive
Monday – Friday
9am – 6pm

$ 2,800 – $ 3,300

Responsibilities :
- Full spectrum of bookkeeping : AP, AR, journal entries, and monthly closings.
- Handle vendor payments, and GST submissions.
- Support budget monitoring, cash flow tracking, and project cost reporting.
- Prepare simple financial reports for management review.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked, compliant, and efficient.
- Assist in procurement and contract administration.
- Be the point person for corporate secretary, bank, and auditor communication.
