Finance & Admin Executive

Monday – Friday

9am – 6pm

Industry : Intelligent Sensor Technology, Lighting and Automation Systems

Responsibilities :

• Full spectrum of bookkeeping : AP, AR, journal entries, and monthly closings.
• Handle vendor payments, and GST submissions.
• Support budget monitoring, cash flow tracking, and project cost reporting.
• Prepare simple financial reports for management review.
• Ensure the office is well-stocked, compliant, and efficient.
• Assist in procurement and contract administration.
• Be the point person for corporate secretary, bank, and auditor communication.
