Printing Company with 5 day work and training provided for role :
Singaporeans and PR only :
Experience in MYOB
Maintain account receivable / payable
Use company system key all entry account receivable account
Handling daily bookkeeping functions
Prepare customers invoice , debit note and credit note
Drafting reminder letters and requesting check for overdue accounts
Prepare monthly statement
Deposited cash and check in bank and made entries in the computer system
Issue delivery order and e-invoices to customers
Record staff overtime, Leave, MC matter and interview
Manage company’s driver daily delivery arrangements
Attend to administrative matters
