Job Responsibilities :
Administrative Support : Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Purchasing and Customer Coordination : Manage purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers and customers.
Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
Order and Invoice Processing : Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as needed.
