Associate Director, IT Change Management & Governance
The Associate Director, IT Governance is responsible for developing and leading frameworks that ensure IT operations align with organizational goals, business objectives and compliance standards. As the owner of the IT Change Management process, the Associate Director ensures that changes are assessed, approved and implemented in a structure and risk-aware manner that minimize disruptions to business operations.

Governance Leadership
- Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, standards, and delivery methodologies.
- Provide guidance on policy compliance, risk management, and audit readiness.
- Oversee governance of application onboarding and decommissioning.
IT Change Management
Lead the Change Management team and CAB operations.Ensure structured change processes, risk assessments, and stakeholder alignment.Monitor change performance and drive process improvement.Configuration Management
Maintain oversight of CMDB accuracy and configuration standards.Support impact analysis and change planning through configuration data.Ensure configuration practices align with service delivery and governance needs.Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance (CIQA)
Lead the CIQA team to drive service quality and process maturity.Establish quality benchmarks and validation practices across IT services.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.Define and maintain quality standards and validation criteria for IT servicesEmbed quality checks throughout project and service lifecycleLeverage AI and automation to identify service improvement opportunities, optimize processes and enhance decision‑making across governance and assurance functionsSkills for Success :
Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fieldITIL Foundation V4More than 8 years of experience in IT Governance or Service Management rolesStrong understanding of ITIL frameworksExperience leading off‑shore teamsExperience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and / or ITBMExcellent interpersonal skills and able to interact and work across functions and levels.Excellent communication, writing, negotiation and presentation skills.A team player - able to establish relationships, faith & trust with IT community and senior management.Meticulous, quick to learn, detailed, ability to work with many parties in the Singtel Group.Are you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?
