Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Responsible for the operations, backup and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure and operations.
- Plan and manage IT budget and projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Manage in-house IT team and vendors to provide quality support for all business units.
- Establish & review IT policies and procedures including risks, cybersecurity and data protection.
- Assist in IT solutions and applications for business enhancement and development purposes.
- Conduct end user training when required.
- Manage procurement requests for IT equipment and services and oversee IT asset management.
- Continually review company's Digital Transformation roadmap in accordance with the evolving technology landscape and assist business units on feasibility study and solution evaluation.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement :
A diploma / degree in Information Systems / Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.3 - 5 years’ working experience in IT infrastructure operations end user support.Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills.Knowledge and experience on Cyber Trust Mark and ISO27001.Experience in AWS, Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and TimeSoft is preferred.CBM Pte.
