Job descriptionSchedule and manage customer appointments Handle phone inquiries and walk-in consultations Process payments and dispense medications Maintain inventory and replenish stock when needed Support reception duties like answering calls and emails At least 1-3 years of relevant experience Familiarity with clinic hygiene standards and sterilization protocols Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Able to start work immediate or short notice period

An Aesthetic Clinic Assistant typically supports both clinical and administrative functions in a medical aesthetics setting. Common duties include :
Clinical Support
- Perform basic aesthetic treatments under supervision
- Assist doctors during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and proper sterilization
