Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operation and execution of project
- Develop cost estimates, project budget and manage project costing
- Manpower planning and efficient deployment of manpower based on call traffic patterns / workload requirements
- Plan, control and execute work progress
- Prepare progress reports and claims submission
- Overall in charge for project’s day to day operation
- To manage technician's daily job scopes deployment and ensure that all tasks are up to date and meet the project timeline
- Collaborate with main-con closely on all issues and reviews related to the projects
- To provide engineering support to project team and customers, including field work as and when required;
- Manage and control project scope and variation order
- Coordinate with client on project activities, including attending meetings and discussions
- Identify area for project improvements and makes recommendation to the management team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Management
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalentAt least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related fieldRequired Skill(s) : Project Management , BMS , ELV , Security SystemExcellent knowledge on BMS and AutoCad is preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player, pro-active work attitude & be able to work independently with minimum guidanceComfortable with 5.5 work daysTell employers what skills you have
