Overview

About the role : This is an internal role within Kingsforce. Remuneration will be based on a basic salary + incentive scheme (once KPI is met).

Work Location : Commonwealth (5 mins walk from the MRT station)

Work Days : Mon - Fri, 8 : 30am - 6pm

What You’ll Do

You’ll take charge of your own client accounts and manage the full recruitment process from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include :

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
• Understanding client needs, company culture, and job requirements
• Drafting and advertising job postings across multiple platforms
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
• Preparing candidate profiles and presenting recommendations to clients
• Coordinating interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations
• Managing onboarding arrangements to ensure a smooth placement process
• Updating in-house systems accurately so all departments stay informed
• Staying current with market trends and consistently meeting your KPIs
