🕒 Work Days : Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end purchasing activities — from sourcing and negotiation to ensuring timely delivery — supporting our production and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing cycle , including sourcing, RFQ, price negotiation, shipping, and delivery follow-up.
• Review and process material, component, and equipment purchases driven by MRP requirements.
• Expedite materials and coordinate with vendors to meet production schedules.
• Work closely with Supply Chain Planning and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management , review stocking rules, and execute adjustments periodically.
• Liaise with logistics providers for shipment arrangements, customs clearance, and delivery tracking.
• Drive supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost control.
• Prepare and process purchasing documentation, including vendor setup , PO / DN / invoice matching, and submission to Finance.
• Handle RMA / NCT returns to suppliers and follow up on resolutions.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate and timely weekly and monthly purchasing reports .
