Recognized Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with relevant working experience as M&E QS in M&E projects.Preferably for M&E QS with M&E experiencePossess minimum 2 years of working experience in Project Tendering / Costing experience.Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre- and post-contract dutiesGood working knowledge of forms / conditions of contractAble to work independently and be a good team player as well.Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with external consultants and clients,Tell employers what skills you have
