Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS (M&E orArchi)

Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate estimates, cost plans, and budgets for

projects.

Manage full QS cycle : from tendering

and contract administration to final account submission.

Review and analyze subcontractor quotations and variation

orders.

Provide timely cost reports and advice

to project teams.

Collaborate with internal

teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects remain on

budget.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of QS experience in Singapore, preferably

in Architecture or M&E

projects.

Strong knowledge of construction

costs, tendering processes, and contract administration.

Experience in full-cycle QS work : estimation,

measurement, valuation, and reporting.

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or

relevant QS software is a plus.

Excellent

communication and organizational

skills.
