Job descriptionPossess minimum ITE in Instrumentation / CPT / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering At least 2 years of handling, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and instrumentation from the Semiconductor industry or similar Good communication in both English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) to liaise with English and Japanese-speaking customers Good knowledge of vacuum machine operation and machine construction Experience in handling high vacuum equipment, pumps, chillers, and compressors or similar Able to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams Diploma / Degree holder will be advantageous! Experiences in servicing machines, semi-con, ships, aerospace, and high vacuum is advantageous! Variable Bonus (Depending on Company and Individual performance) Annual Leave : 7 Days (Maximum up to 14 days) Medical Leave Medical Benefit Additional Company Leave : 10 days per year Transportation Allowance : SGD 100 / month
Job Description
Our Client is Japanese Listed industrial machine manufacturing company. They are looking for a Field Service Assistant Engineer who will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instrumentation products to Japanese clients.
Responsibilities】
- Providing technical support to field service teams
- Supporting Factory Acceptance test and Site Acceptance test
- Maintaining accurate and reliable service tool inventory
- Completing service documentation is completed in proper format and by due dates- this includes items such as timesheets, service / repair reports, follow-ups, daily logs, expenses, etc.
- Ensuring proper storage of engineering documentation- drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and integration responsibilities and liaising within the team
- Submitting documents of service activities and expenses timely
