Power Kids Gym is a well-established, fun-focused kids gym company that boasts over 20 years in the children's enrichment business. As a business we offer our clients a wide range of tailored classes in basic sports and gymnastics for children as young as 6 months old and all the way up to the age of 9 years old.

We're looking for someone who loves both worlds : inspiring kids through sports / fitness coaching, while also bringing warmth and energy to our food & beverage service. The Role :

As the Assistant Recreation Manager, you'll be at the heart of our community — leading engaging sports / recreational gymnastics sessions AND delivering a welcoming, hospitable dining experience. This is a hybrid role for someone with passion, personality, and adaptability.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and assist in sports / fitness sessions (warm-ups, activities, classes, or group coaching).
• Create a fun, safe, and motivating environment for participants of all ages.
• Provide excellent F&B service — from preparing and serving to upselling menu items.
• Support event days (e.g. birthdays, team-building, special activations) where coaching and F&B combine especially for birthday parties.
• Ensure service areas and activity spaces are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering memorable customer experiences.
